We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and reliable Accountant to manage the company’s financial records, accounting operations, reporting, and compliance requirements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank accounts, monitoring cash flow, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring proper financial documentation and reporting.

The role will also involve handling accounting activities relating to properties and real estate projects, including property-related transactions, taxes, insurance, escrow accounts, and the appropriate allocation of costs and revenues across different properties and projects.
