Accountant
We are looking for a responsible and proactive Account Officer to oversee the financial activities of the organization, maintain accurate records, monitor cash flow and handle statutory financial obligations, including PAYE and other applicable taxes, levies and remittances.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor the financial activities of the business, including income, expenses, inflows, outflows and available funds.
- Review and reconcile financial and sales records, including weekly income, expenditure and recurring expenses, while identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Manage receivables and follow up on outstanding client payments to ensure timely debt recovery
- Monitor and initiate funds requirements for business operations and financial obligations, subject to the required approval
