Job scope and purpose
The Account Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing agency resources to ensure the delivery of high quality service to clients in order to meet timelines and budget deliverables. He/she acts as the daily client contact and ensures that all projects for which he/she is responsible are completed on time, on specification, within scope, and on budget, while providing completed planning and documentation.
