Job Summary
- As the Accounts Officer, you will be responsible for managing financial records, processing transactions, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with statutory and financial reporting requirements.
Responsibilities
- Prepare invoices, issue payment receipts, and follow up on outstanding client payments
- Reconcile bank accounts, maintain accurate financial records, and manage petty cash transactions
- Prepare monthly financial reports, account statements, and management reports
- Ensure timely remittance of statutory obligations including taxes, pensions, and other regulatory payments
