Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Officer to join our transport firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, monitoring transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting procedures. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills and have 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documents.
- Record daily income and expenses and reconcile accounts.
- Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
- Assist in payroll processing and statutory remittances.
- Monitor cash flow and prepare periodic financial reports.
