Key Responsibilities

- Guide customers through onboarding and activation.

Requirements
- 2–3 years’ experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, or Business Development.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Comfortable working with digital platforms.
- Fintech, banking, or payments experience is a plus.
