Job Summary
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Account Officer to support the company's financial and accounting operations.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, preparing reports, reconciling accounts, and supporting the finance team in ensuring effective financial control and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting and financial records.
- Record daily financial transactions, including income, expenses, payments, and receipts.
- Prepare and process invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and other financial documents.
- Perform bank, cash, and account reconciliations regularly.
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable and follow up on outstanding payments.
