Job description
We are looking for an Account Manager with a proven background in handling and working with AI-driven technology platforms. This is a fully remote position based in Saudi Arabia.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, understanding their technical needs, and ensuring they get the most value out of our AI platform.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts and build strong, long-term relationships.
- Onboard, guide, and train clients on utilizing the AI platform effectively.
- Understand client requirements and explain AI platform features and capabilities clearly.
- Act as the point of contact between clients and technical teams to resolve issues and share feedback.
- Track client usage, drive retention, and manage renewals.
