PURPOSE OF JOB: The Modra Utility supports Modra operations by maintaining trolley flow, stripping and staging material, and preventing downtime through organized material movement and area management. This role ensures Modra cells and tufting machines remain continuously supplied, clear, and production ready.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Trolley Management: Strip completed trolleys, weigh waste yarn, and return them to designated staging areas.
- Move trolleys using a pallet jack safely and efficiently.
- Properly stage trolleys for tufting readiness according to established processes.
- Material Flow: Monitor trolley levels and proactively communicate shortages or bottlenecks to the supervisor or lead.
- Maintain proper staging layout to support safe and organized workflow.
