About the Role We are seeking an ASESOR(A) DE EXPERIENCIA EN TIENDA for TodoModa in Tijuana. The role focuses on delivering an excellent customer experience, guiding customers through the sales process, handling checkout, and keeping the sales floor stocked and organized. What You'll Do
- Asesorar al cliente en el proceso de venta.
- Gestionar la caja de cobro.
- Realizar la reposición efectiva de los productos en piso de ventas.
- Colaborar con las tareas generales de la tienda (orden, recepción de mercadería, operación de la sucursal, etc.).
- Contribuir con ideas para sugerir e innovar en el servicio al cliente y en la operación de la tienda. What We're Looking For
- Preparatoria | bachillerato terminado o en proceso (preferentemente).
- Horario: Tiempo completo 11:00 am a 9:00 pm de lunes a domingo (1 descanso entre semana).
