About the Role Join Volkswagen Group Services Iberia to build and scale the GIS Hub, a cross-functional unit focused on commercial B2B data products. As GIS Hub Coordinator, you will lead delivery, strategy, and the development of the Hub, working with GIS AG and clients to create measurable business value. You will manage and coach the operational team and drive strategic growth within VWGS Iberia. What You'll Do
- Lead the GIS Hub as a coordinator, managing delivery and service quality.
- Continuously refine and evolve the service portfolio.
- Oversee project progress with weekly meetings between technical and sales teams, ensuring service delivery.
- Establish and run the Hub operating model across Product, Engineering and Sales (governance, cadences, KPIs, escalation paths).
