- Provide transportation services for hospital staff, patients, and visitors to designated locations on the hospital campus
- Adhere to designated shuttle routes and schedules to ensure timely transportation services
- Communicate delays or disruptions to the Shuttle Operations manager promptly
- Provide courteous and professional customer service to passengers
- Assist passengers with entering and exiting the shuttle, ensuring safety and comfort
