Job Description
Job Summary
The Zone Enrollment Consultant is responsible for supporting Combined US Sales team and internal and external partners with enrollment solutions. This includes supporting third-party case build audits and serving as subject matter expert on positioning telephonic and co-browse capabilities. This role ensures accurate case setup, receipt of accurate data, smooth user experience, timely enrollment issue resolution, and coordinating across internal and external stakeholders for successful client onboarding or management.
