About the Role Provides direct supervision to a group of children in a remote learning program and days-out program, ensuring a quality experience for children and parents in line with the YMCA core values of honesty, respect, responsibility, and caring. This role also supports program staff and collaborates with guardians, school partners, and the program director to deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate activities. What You'll Do
- Develops and plans program activities
- Ensures all supplies are available and creates supply order lists for the Senior Program Director, submitting promptly to facilitate timely ordering
- Prepares daily supplies for program staff and maintains cleanliness and organization of program spaces
- Leads program staff and holds them accountable for rules and expectations
- Assists in leading staff meetings and trainings
