About the Role Leppo Rents is seeking a Yard Specialist to support day-to-day yard operations. This entry-level role focuses on loading/unloading equipment, keeping machines clean and rent-ready, and maintaining a safe, organized yard to ensure smooth customer experiences.
What You'll Do
- Safely load and unload equipment and attachments for customers and others
- Move equipment around the yard and to different departments as needed
- Pressure wash and clean equipment so it’s ready for the next customer
- Perform basic yard maintenance (organization, safety checks, keeping it clean)
- Help with minor equipment prep such as greasing and topping off fluids
- Greet and assist customers in the yard when needed
- Support the rental, service, and parts teams with yard operations
