About the Role Join SUEZ as a Workshop Supervisor to lead a team of HGV Technicians at Preston. You’ll help deliver environmentally responsible waste management solutions by ensuring high standards of vehicle safety and efficient workshop operations. This role combines hands-on supervision with coordination across transport and workshop activities to support the business. What You'll Do
- Be responsible for Job allocation to the team of technicians
- Conduct Vehicle QC checking and spot checks
- Work with our transport departments on vehicle availability
- Prioritize work to meet demands of the business
- Ensure cost control on parts and external maintenance
- Carry out equipment checks in line with policy
- Manage health and safety, near miss reporting What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a supervisory/team leader role is preferred
