About the Role Samsung Semiconductor Europe is seeking a proactive Working Student to support our Talent Acquisition team in Munich. In this role you will coordinate recruitment activities and gain exposure to broader HR processes, with potential to contribute to other People projects. You will join the Munich office three days per week. What You'll Do
- Coordinate end-to-end recruiting for assigned roles, from job posting to screening, candidate communication, interviewing, and scheduling with the hiring team.
- Support planning and execution of student-focused events (career fairs, information sessions).
- Assist with relocation and travel reimbursement for candidates.
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data in the ATS (Workday) and perform regular data quality/compliance checks.
