- Configure, maintain, and enhance Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions with a primary focus on Benefits, Time Tracking, Payroll, Absence Management, and Compensation.
- Translate business requirements into scalable Workday configurations, business processes, validations, notifications, eligibility rules, and condition rules.
- Provide consultative support to HR and business stakeholders by recommending system solutions that improve efficiency, compliance, and employee experience.
- Investigate and resolve production issues by partnering with Workday Support, implementation partners, payroll vendors, benefit providers, and timekeeping vendors.
