What You'll Do
- Engage in friendly and genuine conversations with members and guests during check-in, answering questions, and checking out.
- Become well-versed on Trail Point offerings including hours of operation, membership structure & pricing, program registration dates, and more.
- Work alongside fellow Membership Team members to ensure a welcoming, positive, and safe environment for our members and guests.
