About the Role The Wholesale Product Specialist role focuses on assisting commercial paint customers by understanding their needs, answering questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommending appropriate solutions. You’ll resolve customer concerns quickly and help maintain product quality and store standards. What You'll Do
- Assist customers and process sales, including tint mixing
- Work with commercial paint customers to determine needs and recommend solutions
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with product features and maintain store visual standards What We're Looking For
- Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
- Willing to work evenings and weekends
- HS/ GED and 1+ year retail/delivery/customer service experience preferred
