Your responsibilities
- Terminverfolgung und Status-Dokumentation von Beschaffungsvorgängen einschließlich Erstellung von Controlling-Reports
- Anforderung von Liefervorzügen bei Lieferanten und Koordination entsprechender Maßnahmen
- Interne Eskalation bei Abweichungen in der Terminsituation sowie proaktive Problemlösung
- Intensive Kommunikation und enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Schnittstellenpartner:innen
- Unterstützung des Lieferantenmanagements durch Analyse, Bewertung und Begleitung von Lieferantenaktivitäten
Your profile
- Laufendes technisches oder kaufmännisches Studium, vorzugsweise mit Schwerpunkt Einkauf, Supply-Chain-Management oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office und SAP-Kenntnisse sind wünschenswert
