Your responsibilities
- Kontinuierliches Monitoring relevanter Medien und Themenfelder, Aufbereitung von Berichten und Hintergrundinformationen als Entscheidungsgrundlage
- Aktive Mitarbeit an internen und externen Kommunikationsvorhaben von der Konzeptionsphase bis zur Umsetzung, inkl. Übernahme von Teilprojektverantwortung nach Einarbeitung
- Erstellung von Briefings, Gesprächsunterlagen, Präsentationen und Zusammenfassungen für den Vice President EIC sowie Unterstützung bei Terminorganisation und -koordination, inklusive vorbereitender Recherche und Nachverfolgung
- Allgemeine Vor- und Nachbereitung von Vorgängen, Entscheidungsvorlagen und Abstimmungen im Tagesgeschäft des Vice President EIC
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Texten, Sprachregelungen und Kommunikationsformaten für verschiedene Zielgruppen und Kanäle
