About the Role Welders needed for 1st shift at Nelson Global facility in Viroqua, WI. This role focuses on welding production, assembling parts, and inspecting components to meet production requirements and quality standards. What You'll Do
- Weld using MIG, TIG, and robotic processes
- Assemble parts and inspect components
- Read and interpret blueprints
- Use measuring tools to verify dimensions
- Ensure production targets are met and pass the company weld test What We're Looking For
- Experience with MIG, TIG, and robotic welding
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret drawings
- Proficiency with measuring tools and inspection
- Commitment to meeting production requirements and quality standards
- Willingness to perform the weld test as part of the hiring process Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $20-$24 per hour
- Location: Viroqua, Wisconsin (Onsite)
