About the Role This role sits within the Marketing Website team, responsible for how Synthesia shows up to millions of users globally. As a Webflow Developer / Front-End Engineer, you’ll own fast, reliable, and high‑performing experiences on our marketing site, collaborating with Design, SEO, Growth, and Engineering to drive growth and maintain scalable systems. What You'll Do
- Build and maintain pages and components in Webflow (CMS, localization, integrations)
- Implement custom front-end functionality (JavaScript, animations, interactive widgets, forms, experiments)
- Support and extend internal SEO and automation tools (currently running on AWS)
- Work with Lambda functions, APIs, and simple backend services where needed
- Improve performance, accessibility, and technical SEO
- Collaborate closely with Design, SEO, Growth, and Engineering
