Section: Responsibilities
- Manage engineering projects from preparation through execution
- Manage and support the engineering team
- Handle design, presentations, and cost estimation
- Perform preliminary engineering design and analysis
- Monitor design and construction progress
- Work with external contractors to meet client needs and deadlines
- Prepare weekly reports on unit activities
Section: Requirements
- BSc in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 5+ years’ engineering experience, including 2 years as a team lead
- AutoCAD and other engineering applications is an advantage
- Experience supporting business development
- Proven technical writing and communication skills
- Entrepreneurial outlook with interest in business growth
