About the Role Flex is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor located in Guadalajara, North Campus. You will oversee a wide range of warehouse activities including shipping and receiving raw materials and finished goods, and maintain inventory and related records to support efficient operations.
What You'll Do
- Oversee the shipping, receiving and distribution of goods.
- Ensure orders delivered are accurately and efficiently filled.
- Perform quality assurance checks on all products received before stocking or distributing goods.
- Maintain proper stock levels to support profitability and operational needs.
- Maintain files on all equipment and conduct routine and periodic inventory counts.
- Be accountable for ordering necessary equipment and ensuring sites are routinely stocked.
- Ensure warehouse is maintained in an efficient, neat and safe manner.
