Your Role and Responsibilities
Job Summary
Responsible for Warehouse operations for the branch by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates.
Job Description:
- Oversees and directs warehouse supervisors and warehouse personnel in the day’s workload including runs, loading, receiving, shipments, and miscellaneous housekeeping.
- Establishes operational procedures for verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of merchandise, and keeping of warehouse inventory.
- Foster and promote a safety-first culture by conducting MBWA and, tailgate and safety meetings on various subjects including but not limited to; near misses, MOHI, stand down and other safety and performance topics as necessary.
- Provide site leadership and role model behavior for the Warehouse personnel.
