About this role
About the Role Carrier is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Operator to coordinate and manage daily warehouse operations and transportation activities to ensure accurate, on-time material movement and service excellence. What You'll Do
- Coordinate and assign daily warehouse tasks (receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping) with clear priorities and proper execution.
- Manage inbound/outbound flows, ensuring materials and finished goods move accurately, on time, and per internal processes and customer expectations.
- Guarantee inventory accuracy in the ERP, supervise cycle counts, and lead root-cause analysis for discrepancies.
- Ensure proper ERP transactions documentation (receiving, movements, adjustments, shipments).
- Plan, book and execute transportation requirements, ensuring pickups/deliveries align with Supply Chain and customer needs.
