Job Overview The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for monitoring and recording materials issued free of charge to construction contractors by the Client's Warehouse. The role involves collecting and sharing accurate material received/issued/returned information with the Quantity Surveyors at IPMC, and supporting the reconciliation of materials issued against contractors' material consumption records and invoices. The Warehouse Coordinator also liaises with the client's warehouse managers and supervisors on the availability of stock and materials reserved for construction and construction contractors, acting as a key link between the client's warehouse operations and IPMC's cost assurance function.
