About the Role The Warehouse Administrator at Mindyarra Maintenance Centre in Dubbo manages Rejected Material and coordinates shipments and material supply, reporting to the Warehouse Manager. This role focuses on controlling rejected materials, ensuring timely shipments, and coordinating inter-site material transfers. What You'll Do
- Manage rejected materials: supervision and tracking in Dubbo
- Coordinate material shipments to the supplier for analysis or return
- Prepare documentation and manage transport required for material shipments
- Coordinate and prepare shipments between the Beasain and Dubbo plants (inter-company sales operations)
- Transfer materials between plants via STO (Stock Transfer Order) processes
- Liaise with the Warehouse Manager and cross-functional teams as needed What We're Looking For
