You will act as the "Engine Room" of the People department - ensuring global compliance, managing complex total rewards, and driving the CPO’s strategic agenda through meticulous workplan execution and executive-level communication.

Strategy Execution: Own and drive the HR annual workplan; monitor progress, unblock initiatives, and ensure the team meets quarterly milestones.
