About the Role This enterprise-wide function is responsible for evolving our company’s capabilities; for strategically planning and leading project and program management; and to drive decision-making and execution of the company’s portfolio of critical work. What You'll Do
- Lead projects and programs, manage portfolio, and establish/optimize project management processes.
- Drive decision-making and execution of the company’s portfolio of critical work.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure successful delivery. What We're Looking For
- 10+ years leading program/project management.
- College degree required; master's preferred.
- PMP certification; strong analytical and communication skills.
- Agile and PMO methodology experience. Nice to Have
- Master's degree preferred. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $170,000 - $205,000 per year.
