About the Role The Vice President Integrated Business Planning & Planning Analytics will lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of an integrated global Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process. This role also owns the Planning Analytics capability, ensuring data-driven decision making across demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, merchandise financial planning, and performance management, acting as a strategic connector across Commercial, Finance, Operations, and Planning. - Establish & Lead the Global S&OP Process: design and implement a best-in-class end-to-end S&OP framework across regions, channels, and business units; define governance, meeting cadence, KPI structure, and escalation processes.
