Virtual Quality Control Inspector
About this role
Xometry is seeking a Virtual Quality Control Inspector to join our Lexington, KY team. In this role you will contribute to the continuous improvement of Virtual Quality Control inspection processes within Quality Assurance by applying quality manufacturing experience and strong problem-solving skills. You will interact with DFM Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Control, Case Management, and Supply Chain partners, supporting Xometry’s Partner Network of contract manufacturers. You will communicate effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment at all levels.
Responsibilities
- Perform virtual Quality Control inspections by reviewing all required documents and photos uploaded into the Xometry Partner Portal and ERP. Inspections may cover a range from high-mix to low-volume jobs or full-rate production.
