About the Role The Vice President, Retail at TUMI shapes North America retail strategy, drives growth, and aligns commercial operations with the company’s business objectives. This is a hybrid role with on-site work four days and remote one day per week. What You'll Do
- Oversee and provide strategic leadership to a team of retail managers, directors, and other team members.
- Provide thought leadership that creates a seamless brand experience across retail, leveraging shared functions between channels and building a high-performing, customer-focused culture.
- Inspire the team to meet objectives across sales, merchandising, profitability, customer service, and brand image.
- Develop leaders through coaching, training, development and recruitment, and create retention and career path strategies.
- Demonstrate passion for product and people, develop talent and actionable succession plans.
