About the Role Filevine is seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead a team of Directors and oversee Account Executives focused on net new customer acquisition and revenue growth. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Sales, this role will set the vision and strategy for net new revenue, drive a structured sales process, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Strategic Partnerships, CFL and Finance to scale the business. What You'll Do
- Develop and execute the sales strategy to achieve aggressive net new revenue growth targets from mid-market and enterprise customers.
- Build and lead a team of skilled Account Executives, hiring top talent and developing existing team members.
- Establish effective sales processes, methodologies, and enablement programs to drive sales productivity and performance; continuously optimize for efficiency and close rates.
