About the Role The Vice President and Counsel, US Litigation is responsible for executing the strategic leadership and management of TelevisaUnivision's legal matters, including litigation, regulatory matters, and internal investigations. The role requires developing risk-mitigating strategies and providing strategic counsel to the business in a fast-paced media/entertainment environment. What You'll Do
- Provide expert in-house legal guidance to internal and external stakeholders through advanced knowledge and understanding of litigation.
- Design, build, and implement the risk management approach in coordination with multiple stakeholders, including finance, compliance and legal, and strategically manage all areas of risk including antitrust litigation, employment litigation, data protection disputes & patent and intellectual property litigation in the US.
