About the Role The Vice President in Asset Based Lending will lead the ABL Structuring team in structuring, underwriting and closing asset-based lending transactions. The role requires in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis to obtain Truist's balance sheet commitment and to support distribution risk decisions.
What You'll Do
- Structure, underwrite and close asset-based lending transactions as part of the ABL Structuring team.
- Perform in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis to obtain balance sheet commitments and support distribution risk decisions.
- Collaborate across functional areas to facilitate deal execution and risk management.
- Provide guidance and leadership to deal teams to ensure timely closing and compliance with risk controls.
What We're Looking For
- BA/BS degree.
- Licenses: Series 79 or 633.
