Garden City Veterinary Care is seeking a highly motivated, Veterinary Assistant to join our team! Qualified applicants must be able to multitask effectively, have excellent attention to detail, exceptional customer service, and be able to effectively communicate with clients and staff.
The Veterinary Assistant is responsible for assisting the Veterinary team in all aspects of the care of patients and the education of clients. Assistants will help maintain a clean, efficient, and healthy environment for animals being treated at the hospital by ensuring a clean workspace and equipment. The Veterinary Assistant is a crucial part of the medical team and is responsible for advocating for the patient as well as education of the clients.
Job Type: Full Time Pay Range: 17-20 per hour (based upon experience) Closed Sundays and Most Major Holidays
