About this role
WAS DICH ERWARTET:
- Du berätst und betreust unsere KundInnen und GeschäftspartnerInnen in allen Anliegen und stehst Ihnen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.
- Du verkaufst telefonisch und persönlich vor Ort Privat- oder Geschäftsreisen, Pauschalarrangements oder Individualreisen, Dienstleistungen und Services.
- Du bearbeitest Anfragen und Kundenwünsche schnell und professionell, und findest immer eine erstklassige Lösung.
- Du pflegst bestehende Kundenbeziehungen und baust dir einen eigenen Kundenstamm auf.
WAS DU MITBRINGST:
- Idealerweise bringst du fundierte Erfahrungen aus der Reisebranche mit und kennst die spezifischen Anforderungen und Abläufe im Reisebüro, was dich optimal darauf vorbereitet, Kunden auf höchstem Niveau zu betreuen.
