Deine Aufgaben Im Store fallen je nach Tageszeit, Wochentag und Saison verschiedene Aufgaben an. Hier ist deine Flexibilität gefragt! Ein Kunde fragt dich, ob das Oberteil auch in einer anderen Farbe oder Größe verfügbar ist oder welcher Gürtel gut zu der neuen Hose passt – hier kannst du Auskunft geben und mit einer fachkundigen Kurzberatung weiterhelfen. Du unterstützt aber auch bei der Warenverräumung, sorgst für eine aufgeräumte und saubere Verkaufsfläche und für die Einhaltung der C&A Richtlinien, welche du vorher kennengelernt hast. Nicht nur in Stoßzeiten übernimmst du Kassiertätigkeiten und wickelst Reklamationen oder Warenumtausche schnell und kundenorientiert ab.
