Realizar vendas e fidelizar clientes de modo a garantir o cumprimento das metas. Trabalhando em equipe com foco no atendimento ao cliente e condução dos processos de venda, sempre informando-os sobre os benefícios e qualidades do produto.
RESPONSABILIDADES

Atingimento de metas, calculando a meta diária e propondo melhorias. Realização do telemarketing e acompanhando KPIs.

Garantir os processos operacionais, ser um facilitador na operação de loja, realizando a correta precificação da seção, alarmando as peças e coloca-las em degradê.

Ser um colaborador polivalente, trabalhando em equipe e buscando o autodesenvolvimento pessoal e profissional.

Ser cordial nos atendimentos, visando a fidelizar os clientes, ter empatia nos atendimentos, sorriso no rosto, ser um ouvinte ativo, e oferecer o mix de nossos produtos. Ter domínio sobre a venda.
