About the Role The Vehicle Operations Assistant supports the readiness of Lucid vehicles prior to customer delivery, partnering with the Delivery team to ensure the day-to-day operation runs smoothly and safely in a fast-paced automotive environment. What You'll Do
- Provides a world-class customer experience to all Lucid customers, both internal and external
- Facilitating vehicle movements, including dropping off or picking up customer and inventory vehicles and/or loaners and moves between locations/offsite lots
- Managing inventory readiness, washing, staging, charging and software updating vehicles as required
- Assisting in lot management, ensuring vehicles are well-organized and ready for sale
- Coordinating with external carriers while loading/unloading vehicles, conducting inspections and logging paperwork as required
