Job title: Vault Team Member
About the Role The Vault Team Member works onsite at our secure Bolingbrook facility on 1st shift Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:00pm and helps manage the secure storage and release of products, ensuring all materials are handled accurately and in line with company policies. This role also supports the Warehouse and Logistics team to meet service level agreements and maintain smooth, efficient operations.
What You'll Do
- Deliver timely, reliable service to internal and external customers.
- Follow all corporate security policies and procedures without exception.
- Enter and update data accurately in the system.
- Prepare, package, and ship secure cards and components as required.
- Audit incoming materials to verify 100% accurate counts.
- Inspect and verify outgoing materials for quality and accuracy.
- Transport materials between departments as needed.
