About the Role The Value Stream Supervisor is responsible for executing the production plan with a strong emphasis on safety, efficiency, and productivity. You will ensure daily operations within the assigned value stream run smoothly and that team members are aligned with operational goals. This on-site role reports to the Value Stream Leader and is based in Singapore within Manufacturing & Operations. What You'll Do
- Oversee and organize the daily workflow and the daily operations of direct reports in the production area for the assigned value stream and shift.
- Responsible for oversight of direct reports including hiring, training, personal development, performance management, career discussions and discipline.
- Ensure customer orders are processed safely, correctly and on time and efficiently.
