About the Role The Value and Access Insights Associate Director, Obesity partners with Global and US Value & Access, US Coverage & Pricing, Market Access, and other teams to deliver analytics, dashboards, and launch-ready tools to support deal modeling, segmentation, pull-through and price elasticity at launch. The role monitors payer obstacles in a evolving US health care system and informs payer, access, and reimbursement strategies for obesity products. It is a hybrid role based in Thousand Oaks, CA with on-site work at least 2 days per week.
