UX/UI Designer
About this role
A UX/UI Designer at Andreessen Horowitz is sought to own the full digital product experience, including the mobile app used by boat owners, touchscreens across Arc Sport and Tug, and the marketing website that introduces Arc. We’re looking for a self-starter who can wear many hats, from high-level UX strategy to pixel-perfect UI execution. You will work closely with engineers, product managers, and the marketing team to translate complex systems such as boat controls, tugboat subsystems, and fleet management into elegant, intuitive interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process across all platforms: wireframes, prototypes, and final UI assets ready for engineering handoff
- Design best-in-class interfaces for recreational boat control, commercial vessel subsystems, and customer service experiences, spanning both Arc Sport (consumer) and Tug/Ferry (commercial)
