About the Role As a Utility Technician, you will be responsible for the preventative maintenance of our commercial kitchen equipment and location structures. You’ll manage a service route to keep our restaurants safe, clean, and fully operational. - Route Maintenance: Service multiple Cook Out locations, ensuring a well-maintained environment.
- Tech-Savvy Tracking: Utilize a company tablet to record maintenance requests and complete work orders in a timely manner.
- Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine checks on HVAC units, filtration systems, and exhaust fans.
- Facility Care: Oversee minor lighting repairs and schedule inspections for electrical fixtures and building structures.
