About the Role The Utility Cleaner is responsible for facility maintenance, focusing on floor care, window cleaning, and various upkeep projects at the site. The role requires operating floor cleaning machines and other cleaning equipment to sustain top cleanliness standards. What You'll Do
- Maintain all floor areas and uphold sanitation standards
- Perform bonnet and extraction carpet cleaning
- Use floorcare equipment such as buffers and scrubbers
- Clean interior and exterior windows, glass partitions, and mirrors; use chemicals, sponges, and squeegees
- Safely operate lift equipment to reach higher surfaces
- Follow safety rules and company policies What We're Looking For
- Experience with floor care cleaning machines, scrubbers, and related equipment
- Experience operating cleaning machinery, floor scrubbers, and lift equipment
- Experience with window cleaning
