About this role
About the Role The Upstream Field Application Specialist partners with customers and sales teams to design and deliver customized hardware demonstrations, process simulations, and proof-of-concept applications to clearly articulate value and differentiate Cytiva solutions for customer-driven outcomes. Reports to the Genomic Medicine Field Application Leader and works remotely to cover Southeast and North Central US. What You'll Do
- Translate customer requirements into product and application recommendations for Cytiva’s upstream product portfolio, including iCellis, Xcellerex XDR and X platform, and WAVE bioreactor systems, aligning with technical specifications and commercial goals.
- Collaborate with customers to optimize workflows and maximize performance; provide expert technical support including troubleshooting and extended onsite problem solving.
